Winter Indoor Academy
Our FHL Winter Indoor Academy programs will run from approx. early November through mid-February.

Sessions will take place at Bill McDonald Athletic Complex in Columbus, OH on a court surface.
Select teams will train on Saturdays in Columbus in a block between 10am-6pm.
Regional teams and the youth program will train on Sundays in Columbus in a block between 8am-2pm, and possibly on
Saturday in the 4-6pm slot.
Exact time slots for teams will be announced when they are solidified and the website will be updated.
For athletes trying out for select, athletes must attend at least one session of tryouts, but are encouraged to attend both if possible. A make-up date on Nov. 12th will be provided for athletes who missed one of the previous sessions.
Athletes may only attend select tryouts if their high school team's season is complete! This is an open tryout- all interested players are invited. The only restriction is that you must tryout in your age group.
All athletes/families should use the dates from the website and calendar -
do not follow the dates in the UpperHand registration system.
All FHL athletes will be required to purchase a practice pinnie and game uniform.
Ordering information will be made available at a later date.

Goalkeepers should register under a league or select program and indicate on the registration form that they are a goalkeeper.

Select Program Registration
Register for select tryouts AND an age group. Indicate on registration form you are signing up for select. Athletes not named to a select team after tryouts are automatically placed on a league team (no refunds). There will be an additional select fee that is TBD for tournaments. +
