Winter Indoor Academy
Our FHL Winter Indoor Academy programs will run on Wednesdays from approx. November 23rd through February 15th in a block within 6:00-9:30pm. If Wednesday fills up, we hope to add a second day of the week.
Exact time slots for teams will be announced when they are solidified and the website will be updated.

Sessions will take place at Summit Country Day on a court surface.
Programs are open to field players and goalkeepers.
For FHL Cinci athletes interested in the Select program: See the tryout/training locations for each age group below!
U14, U16, & U19 FHL Cincinnati athletes trying out for Select must attend at least one session of tryouts in Columbus, but are encouraged to attend both if possible. Athletes trying out for select should view the Columbus calendar for training details. Athletes may only attend select tryouts if their high school team's season is complete!
All athletes/families should use the dates from the website and calendar -
do not follow the dates in the UpperHand registration system.
All FHL athletes will be required to purchase a practice pinnie and game uniform.
Ordering information will be made available at a later date.
Athletes will need a stick, shinguards, mouthguard, left hand glove (example HERE), water, and court or tennis shoes.

Select Program
Registration Register for select tryouts AND an age group. Indicate on registration form you are signing up for select. Athletes not named to a select team after tryouts are automatically placed on a league team (no refunds). There will be an additional select fee that is TBD for tournaments. +
