All athletes belong to our Training Academy, but can add on additional options (Regional or Select Teams)
depending on their age group.

- Weekly in-person practice
- Weekly virtual hockey HIIT
- 2-3 Regional Play Days on Jan. 3rd (Cincinnati) and Feb. 7th (Columbus) against FHL teams from other cities

 - Competitive preparation play days
- National Indoor Tournament
