COVID-19 Training Adjustments & Program Refunds:
We will offer online training in place of in-person training for entire teams who are shut down
due to COVID (positive case, contact tracing, etc.) until we are able train together again as a team.
If in-person athletic activities for the entire club site(s) are shut down temporarily due to government or facility-mandated guidelines, we would plan to move to a virtual format until in-person activities can resume. We would do our best to make up any missed in-person sessions at a later time in the season.
If a government-mandated or facility-mandated shutdown were to cause the club site(s) to not be able to make-up those missed sessions, we would work to issue partial refunds for the missed in-person sessions at that time.
Please note that a portion of the refund may be withheld to cover processing fees and administrative costs.
