Registration instructions

FHL is pleased to once again partner with Summit Country Day School to bring you a Youth Field Hockey League for all boys and girls in grades 4-8th. Players will participate in weekly practices and will also have the opportunity to compete in league games that will begin in May during regular training hours.   At the end of the season, we will host a Midwest Youth Festival on June 10th, right here in Cincinnati.   We will host other clubs from around the midwest.  

Please fill out the form below and click "submit" to be redirected to Summit's camp page where you will compete the registration and payment.  
Once you are on Summit's Page:
1.  Login or create an account.
2.  Click on the "additional options" tab at the top and pick the top option for "upcoming sessions"
3.  Scroll down and under the "After School Specials", you will find the "Spring Youth Field Hockey League"  
4.  Click on the field hockey option to complete payment.
